Diebold - North Canton, Ohio (US). Also manufacture Cashsource Plus
Fujitsu - major player in Japan.
Bull - Taiwan and China but not much elsewhere.

Nixdorf - scored big wins in China 2006 (Agri Bank of China 877ATMs, China Construction Bank 900ATMs). Became 2nd largest player in China. History - BOC bourght 400ATMs in 2005. Market in China still growing as there were just 50:1 ATM/pop (whereas it is 1000:1 in US).
Diebold - American (started by a German Carl Diebold) sold more than 6000 Opteva ATM since Jul08. Industrial n Commercial Bank of China (2000ATMs), China Construction Bank (2000ATMs). Others BOC, Agricultural Bank of China, and Postal BankofChina.
